Customer Support

Free Express Shipping

All domestic orders over $299 are eligible for free express shipping. All orders are shipped out via Australia Post using express postage. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing.

Free Exchanges & Returns

Our team is here to make returns and exchanges simple. Please email support@jafriebyr.com to arrange a free exchange or an easy return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Gift Wrapping & E-Gift Card
