JAFRIE is looking for a Head of Customer & Logistics to lead a brand new in-house division within our business.

For the past six years, we’ve operated through external logistics and customer service teams. Now, we’re bringing everything home to create a more elevated, personal and seamless experience for our customers.

This is more than a warehouse role.

We’re looking for someone who is excited by growth, systems, problem solving and building structure within a fast-moving fashion brand. Someone who wants to help shape the future of operations at JAFRIE.

You will help us:
• Build and improve logistics workflows
• Set up warehouse systems and processes
• Prepare for Click & Collect and local delivery services
• Process and manage online orders
• Process refunds and exchanges
• Oversee customer communication and support
• Manage inventory, stock movement and restocks
• Liaise with production teams regarding QC and replenishment
• Assist with preparing and building this team as we grow
• Create a premium customer experience from dispatch to delivery
• Improve efficiency across customer service and logistics

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehouse operations and/or inventory management
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
