Shipping Policy

At Jafrie by R, we are committed to delivering a seamless and reliable experience from the moment you place your order. Every parcel is prepared with care to ensure it arrives safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Shipping timeframes provided are an estimated guide only. For the most accurate delivery estimate, enter your postcode on the product page or in your cart. Online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

 

Australian Orders

Orders placed before 1:00 pm AET are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be dispatched the next business day. Same-day dispatch applies to in-stock items only.


Standard Shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days and Express Shipping at 1–3 business days.


Delivery timeframes apply to major metro areas, and regional locations may require additional time. Dispatch may take 1–3 business days during peak periods. Pre-order and made-to-order pieces follow the timeframes listed on their product pages.

Jafrie by R is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, particularly during high-volume seasons. These estimates are the most accurate available and generally reliable. Pre-order items may have varying shipping windows.

All parcels are sent signature on delivery with authority to leave. You may sign for your parcel at delivery; otherwise, the courier may leave it in a secure location at their discretion. A proof of delivery will be recorded in these instances.
If you provide authority to leave, or the courier exercises their authority to leave based on their assessment of safety, Jafrie by R is not liable for missing parcels. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued in these circumstances.

 

In-Store Collection (Stanmore)

In-store collection is available from our Stanmore studio.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm are eligible for same-day collection, with a three-hour pick-up window. Select “In-Store Collection – Stanmore” at checkout. A confirmation email with the full collection address will be sent once your order is ready.
In-store collection applies only to completed, in-stock orders.

 

International Orders

Delivery timeframes are stated in business days. Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEDT are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after the Friday cut-off or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday.

Jafrie by R is not responsible for courier delays, including delays caused by customs, peak periods, or international transit issues.
Pre-ordered items follow the dispatch timeframe listed on each product page.

Taxes are included in the product price for selected countries. Some orders may incur additional customs duties, depending on local regulations and the order value. These fees are government-regulated and outside Jafrie by R's control. If taxes do not appear at checkout for your delivery country, please confirm with our team whether your location may charge duties or import fees.

If a parcel is unclaimed or refused, the courier will attempt redelivery. If redelivery cannot be arranged by the courier’s deadline, the parcel may be abandoned or destroyed by local authorities. No refund will be issued for unclaimed, refused, or abandoned parcels.


If the parcel is eligible for return to us, all return costs and courier fees will be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces follow the production and dispatch timeframe listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged with our team.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

 

Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners to meet estimated timeframes, delays caused by weather events, customs, or courier disruptions are outside our control. Jafrie by R cannot be held responsible for such delays.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please get in touch with us within seven days at support@jafriebyr.com so we can assist the courier and investigate.

 

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has been placed, it begins processing with our team and cannot be cancelled or changed. Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all address details are correct at checkout. Jafrie by R is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Redelivery fees may apply.
