Bridesmaids & Group Appointments – Booking Information
We’re so excited to now offer private bridesmaids appointments at JAFRIE BY R.

Booking Timeframes & Fee
Appointments must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance and up to 90 days in advance. A $50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is fully redeemable towards your bridesmaids' order or can be used as a gift voucher valid for 12 months to shop in-store or online.

What to Expect
Enjoy a 1.5-hour private bridesmaids appointment for you and up to 10 guests. On arrival, our stylist will walk you through styles, fits, and fabric options tailored to your bridal vision.

For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 10 guests), please notify us in advance so we can ensure your appointment is spacious, smooth, and well-prepared.

Our Dresses
We offer both ready-to-wear and made-to-order gowns. While the in-store collection is curated and limited, we provide customisable options including:

- Alternative necklines
- Different colourways
- Modest adjustments and made-to-measure services

These can all be discussed with your stylist during the appointment.

Custom Orders & Timelines
- Standard made-to-order (no customisation): ~4 weeks
- Customised orders: ~6 weeks
- Rush orders: Available on select styles at an additional cost

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend booking your appointment at least 2 months in advance of your event.

Colour Options
A full swatch library is available in our showroom to help guide your customisation and styling choices.

Cancellations
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend your booking, the $50 booking fee is non-refundable and may be forfeited.

Appointment Times
Appointments are available:
Monday to Saturday, until late — we will always try to be accommodating for the working woman. Limited evening appointments are available upon request.

As our Sydney showroom holds a limited selection in each size, please let us know in advance which styles or silhouettes you’re hoping to try on, and share your bridesmaids’ sizes. This helps us prepare the perfect line-up for your appointment.
